Uploaded documents are stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with encryption and authentication. Retention periods are determined at Docflow's discretion unless you request deletion. We implement strict security measures, including encryption to protect sensitive data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls to restrict data access to authorized personnel, and authentication layers to ensure only verified users access content stored on GCP. 5. User Rights and Choices

You may request deletion of files by contacting us at support@docflowlabs.com. We will process your request within two (2) business days. You can also opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in each email. These rights are subject to limitations as outlined in our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share it under these circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers like AWS and Resend, which assist with platform operations, email services, and analytics.
  • As required by law, to comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights.
